Shadows and Bars

The world around us takes form by the interplay of light and darkness. When a luminous source shines upon an object, it casts a dark shape. This phenomenon is known as illumination, and it's responsible for the dramatic interplay we see between objects and their surroundings. Bars, because of their form, often create distinct shadows that can be quite fascinating.

The location of the luminous object has a noticeable impact on the shape and size of the dark projections. As the sun moves, bars will cast shadows that change dramatically.

Brick Walls, Unbreakable Dreams

Over the Razor Wire

The world beyond/past/outside the razor wire is a strange/unfamiliar/alien place. Many long/intensely/years of confinement can make it hard/difficult/challenging to adjust/adapt/acclimate to the shifting/dynamic/ever-changing tides of ordinary/everyday/normal life. Simple/Mundane/Everyday tasks like crossing/walking/traveling a street or interacting/communicating/talking to a stranger can feel overwhelming/daunting/intimidating. Still/However/Yet, there are ways/methods/strategies to rebuild/reintegrate/reconstruct your life and find/discover/locate peace/tranquility/contentment in the world beyond/past/outside the wire.

Resounds in the Cell Block

The steel walls imprisoned the sounds of a hundred lives lived. Each jangle of a chain, every deep footstep on the concrete floor, spoke a story. Stories of innocence, of hope, all blending in a symphony of sadness. Even in the tranquility, one could feel the weight of their stories.

What We Sacrifice
